Mr. Behnke has a broad investment banking experience working with clients across a diverse set of products, sectors and markets.  His experience includes mergers & acquisitions, equity capital markets, leveraged finance, private placement, restructuring and leveraged buyouts, and he has completed transactions total more than $12 billion collectively.  Prior to co-founding Transitus Capital, Mr. Behnke served as Managing Director of the Investment Banking Group at Esposito Securities. Mr. Behnke holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin as well as Series 7, 63, and 79 securities registrations.

Victor G. Bloede
Managing director

Mr. Bloede’s experience covers M&A Transactions, private capital markets, and private placements. Prior to co-founding Transitus Capital, he served as Vice-President of the Investment Banking group at Esposito Securities and held roles at Estrella Capital, Gaedeke Energy, and Bank of America. Mr. Bloede earned an MBA the SMU Cox School of Business, a BS in Business Management from the University of Texas at Dallas, and holds Series 63 and 79 securities registrations.
